Increased Revenue for Equipment Rental Industry - Including Portable Spot Coolers & Heaters [INFOGRAPHIC]
Who do you turn to when you need facts and figures for your industry? It doesn't matter which industry you're in, we all have our "go to" sources for current trends and emerging technology.
Portable spot coolers and heaters are used across many industries but we turn to the American Rental Association as the leading authority -- they have their finger on the pulse of the rental industry as a whole, from the mega-rental companies right down to the small rental shops that are the backbone of America. ARA even has a publication named Rental Pulse which is published for them by Rental Management Magazine.
The Rental Equipment Register is another trusted source providing information and marketing opportunities directed to the rental industry since 1957.
In the past couple years, our rental revenue has increased, despite the lagging economy. We're in the same boat as the rest of you -- during the recession we trimmed costs, streamlined processes and tried to do more with less. We also fine-tuned our focus on our ideal customer and stopped saying "YES" to every opportunity that came along.
The whole process was a bit scary but what we discovered is we were able to elevate our level of service to our ideal customers. It felt like we had reached nirvana!
I wanted to figure out if our experience was unique or if the trend was throughout the industry. So I turned to my trusted sources and Equipment Rental Industry experts, ARA and RER, to see what they were reporting. I created this infographic that pulls data from an article ARA just released on how the Rental Equipment Industry will be on the leading edge of the US economic recovery and rental equipment industry revenue statistics from RER on the top rental equipment companies.
Take a look for yourself. Pictures are so much better than prose!
The applications for portable spot coolers and heaters are varied, endless and, we're glad to say, G R O W I N G! If you have questions or just want to find out how you can be prepared the next time you have an air conditioning or heating emergency, we're just a click or call away. We'd love to hear from you.
