Who do you turn to when you need facts and figures for your industry?  It doesn't matter which industry you're in, we all have our "go to" sources for current trends and emerging technology. 

Portable spot coolers and heaters are used across many industries but we turn to the American Rental Association as the leading authority -- they have their finger on the pulse of the rental industry as a whole, from the mega-rental companies right down to the small rental shops that are the backbone of America.  ARA even has a publication named Rental Pulse which is published for them by Rental Management Magazine.

The Rental Equipment Register is another trusted source providing information and marketing opportunities directed to the rental industry since 1957. 

In the past couple years, our rental revenue has increased, despite the lagging economy.  We're in the same boat as the rest of you -- during the recession we trimmed costs, streamlined processes and tried to do more with less.  We also fine-tuned our focus on our ideal customer and stopped saying "YES" to every opportunity that came along. 

The whole process was a bit scary but what we discovered is we were able to elevate our level of service to our ideal customers.  It felt like we had reached nirvana!
