All AirPac air conditioners are manufactured with parts that are readily available so service response is quick and easy. Most parts are available through your local HVAC supply store.

Servicing AirPac Air Conditioners

We won’t rope you into a “factory authorized service technician” agreement. Most minor adjustments and repairs can be tackled by the end user.

If the refrigeration circuit requires service, you’ll need a licensed contractor. AirPac air conditioners can be serviced by any licensed HVAC contractor. A good place to start is with your building engineer or owner. If they don’t have service personnel assigned to your building, they may recommend a contractor who regularly works in the building.
