AirPac Support Returns


If for any reason, other than product failure, the buyer wishes to return products the following conditions apply:

  1. Buyer is responsible for notifying AirPac Inc of the return
  2. Buyer must return items within 30 days of delivery
  3. Custom orders may not be returned
  4. Buyer is responsible for all return freight fees
  5. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
  6. Customer must process Return Goods Authorization form from AirPac, Inc before package is returned
  7. Contact the RGA Department at or 540-635-5011
  8. Returned equipment will not be accepted without an RGA# on outside of box
