The [**Rental Equipment Register**](http://www.rermag.com) is another trusted source providing information and marketing opportunities directed to the rental industry since 1957.  In the past couple years, our rental revenue has increased, despite the lagging economy.  We're in the same boat as the rest of you -- during the recession we trimmed costs, streamlined processes and tried to do more with less.  We also fine-tuned our focus on our ideal customer and stopped saying "YES" to every opportunity that came along.  The whole process was a bit scary but what we discovered is we were able to elevate our level of service to our ideal customers.  It felt like we had reached nirvana!
